The loaction, the facilities and views from the rooms are superb, and the staff are wonderful, friendly, and professional. The train station is few steps away which is very convenient to get to all the activities.

The location close to the Station, good breakfast, quiet, elegant bar area to spend the evening, nice rooms, very friendly staff, for sure 100% customer oriented. I had also a small problem with my invoice and the solve it very quickly.

Basically everything! Miriam at reception was the sweetest! The bartender from Portugal made a mean martini :). And the waiter from Germany was the life of the party at dinner! Room was fabulous! Town is beautiful! 2 min walk to train station and main town…just fabulous! We will be back!

We loved our stay. Lovely and helpful staff. Great location. Food good but limited menu. Loved the traditional swiss environment. And what a lovely pianest singer.

Love the friendly welcome, excellent food and service, very much appreciate that the keycards for the spa/pool area are limited due to C-19. A very good sign for any company and especially for a hotel, that staff stay for many years... I recognised a few faces :-)
